A MOVING READ is a Sci-Fi short film starring Coralina Cataldi-Tassoni.
Directed by Mariano Baino; the cast includes Lauren Baino, Bruno Tramice and Ettore Nigro. Introducing Papyrus and Giulia Hermann.
The film was shot in Naples, Italy, thanks to funds offered by NUOVO IMAIE along with the generous help of Maurizio Gemma, Simona Monticelli and all the great staff from the FILM COMMISSION REGIONE CAMPANIA.
A special thanks to the tireless and hardworking crew, which hailed from the ACADEMIA DI BELLE ARTI of Naples.
Coralina Cataldi-Tassoni also composed the music for the film.

LADY M 5.1 will be screened on November 17th, 2017 @ 8 pm at the CINETECA NAZIONALE, considered one of the most important archives of cinema in the world.
The screening will be part of a retrospective dedicated to LADY M 5.1's director Mariano Baino.
The screening will be presented by Coralina Cataldi-Tassoni & Mariano Baino and will be followed by a Q&A with both artists, moderated by producer Michele De Angelis.
The event will also include a screening of Baino's shorts CARUNCULA, NEVER EVER AFTER and his feature length film DARK WATERS.
LADY M 5.1 will start at 8 pm.

LADY M 5.1 will have the honor to have its European Premiere of LADY M 5.1 at the world renowned MUSEUM OF CONTEMPORARY ART of ROME , Testaccio, on Tuesday, October 31st 2017.
Coralina Cataldi-Tassoni & Mariano Baino will be presenting the short film, followed by a Q&A.
The solo art exhibition ARS INFECTA: THE ART OF DARK WATERS, by LADY M 5.1's director Baino will also be opened to audiences at the MACRO from October 31st to November November 2nd 2017.

The short film LADY M 5.1, debuts as a World Premiere at Mana Contemporary on March 18th 2017 and will be on view until March 25th 2017, at Mana Contemporary.
The short film, will be accompanied by an installation created by Mariano Baino & Coralina Cataldi-Tassoni and curated by Filippo Brunamonti (La Repubblica, Huffington Post).
The installation will invite the visitors into a parallel universe, where they can witness, among the shadows and sounds, the alternative dimension in which Lady Macbeth is now destined to dwell.

Coralina Cataldi-Tassoni has won a prestigious AWARD OF EXCELLENCE at BEST SHORTS COMPETITION, in the category of ACTRESS: LEADING, for her fiercely courageous and emotionally wrenching portrait of Lady Macbeth in the highly anticipated short film LADY M 5.1
The film, directed by award-winning filmmaker Mariano Baino (DARK WATERS, CARUNCULA, NEVER EVER AFTER) is a screen adaptation of Lady Macbeth's soliloquy from Shakespeare's play MACBETH, Act 5, Scene 1.
